Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will get receive the Nightmares & Visions update on 25 March across PC , Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5

Fatshark has announced a spooky new update for the Warhammer 40,00: Darktide experience. Take on a terrifying new range of horrors from a universe filled with war and turmoil. Take down terrifying visions and try out updated classes when the latest update to your mission to take back the city of Tertium.

 

The latest brutal multiplayer team based hack and slash from Warhammer veterans Fatshark gets a huge set of updates with the new release. The trailer, above, gives you little idea of what to expect from the coming action, but we’ve got some notes.

Mortis Trials

A brand new in game activity, the Mortis trials are a wave-based brawler of sorts. Players must mash through waves of enemies in visions induced by the ship’s Psyker. Each entry into these visions introduce randomized abilities, providing tons of replayability and challenge to the action. Confront your fears and destroy them to unlock secret information on some characters present on the Mourningstar. Players can also expect a new in game event to encourage eager souls to take up this challenge too.

Refreshed Content

Havoc mode gets an end game refresh when the new update lands. It reaches a new juncture with improvements and new daunting challenges in the form of four new mutators. That’s not all players will get. The Ogryn class is getting his Talent Tree revamped, giving players more build opportunities. That all comes alongside balance changes, quality of life changes, and bug fixes, to allow you to better crush any opposition.
