📋 Palmeiras line-up set for Libertadores group stage farewell

Palmeiras takes the field this Wednesday (28th) at 9:30 PM (Brasília time), when they host Sporting Cristal at Allianz Parque, for the last round of the group stage of the Conmebol Libertadores 2025.

Leading Group G with 15 points, Verdão is already qualified for the round of 16 and has the best overall campaign, which guarantees them home advantage in the knockout stage up to the semifinals.

The Peruvians, with four points and in third position, still have a chance of qualifying, but besides defeating Abel Ferreira’s team, they need to overcome a four-goal difference against Cerro Porteño (seven points).

Since they are only fulfilling the schedule, the Portuguese coach opted to rotate the squad, leaving only Estêvão among those who started the last game (2-0 against Flamengo, in the Brasileirão).
