Fire damages NC State facility, no injuries :: WRAL.com

The Raleigh Fire Department responded to a fire that occurred at an NC State facility on Lake Wheeler Road Tuesday morning. 

According to Raleigh police, hay bales inside the Beef Education Unit caught fire. 

The fire department quickly put the fire out and there were no injuries reported. 

Sky 5 flew overhead at 7:30 a.m. There were numerous firetrucks at the scene, and crews were working to extinguish hot spots.

WRAL News is working to find out what caused the fire.
